When I first started training with Joey from Joey’s Fitness, I was recovering from a knee injury and struggling to regain strength and confidence. Three years later, I haven’t looked back.

Through tailored 1:1 personal training in Sherborne, Joey designed sessions that safely rebuilt my knee strength while improving my overall fitness. Her knowledge, encouragement and careful progression made all the difference in my recovery.

Since then, I’ve continued with regular PT sessions and also joined her Boxfit classes near Shaftesbury. They are immense fun and deliver an incredible full-body workout. The mix of boxing combinations, cardio and strength work makes every session challenging but energising — and it’s fantastic for mental health too.

Joey somehow manages to push us through tough workouts without us realising how hard we’re working… until the next day when we’re comparing muscle aches in our WhatsApp motivational group chat!
