Shake off points by:
• Following all 10 food rules (-10 points)
• Completing workouts & staying active (full list supplied)
• Use your 30-point weekly food allowance
• 1 “10-Point Only” day per week – take a rest day! You only need to follow your food rules (no exercise required).
