Over the past 20 years, one of my main priorities has been to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where people can connect with others who share a passion for staying active. I’m incredibly proud to say that this vision has become a reality.

Joey’s Fitness boxing classes and boxercise sessions are designed for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced boxers. Whether you’re looking for a high-energy boxing workout, a fun group fitness class, or a results-driven cardio boxing session, you’ll find a space here where you can train with confidence.

Boxing has always been my favourite style of training to teach. There’s something truly empowering about it — the confidence it builds, the strength it develops, and the mindset it creates are unlike any other form of exercise. Our non-contact boxercise classes combine real boxing techniques with strength and conditioning, giving you a full-body workout that improves endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.

Each session blends pad work, punch combinations, core training, and conditioning drills to create a dynamic boxing fitness programme that challenges you both physically and mentally. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved fitness, stress relief, strength building, or boosting confidence, our boxing-inspired training delivers real results.
