That we should automatically slow down, become smaller, weaker — or stop challenging ourselves.

Do we need to train smarter sometimes? Absolutely.

Do we need more recovery? Probably.

But movement, strength and fitness don’t suddenly have an age limit.

And honestly… if I’m going to be tired anyway from life, work and adulting — I may as well benefit from the exercise too.

For me now, fitness is less about punishment or chasing perfection and more about:

⚡ Energy 💪 Strength 🌀 Mobility 🧠 Mental clarity ✨ Feeling capable in my own body

Getting older hasn’t stopped me moving.

If anything, it’s given me more reason to keep going.
